“Any fool can make things bigger, more complex, and more violent. It takes a touch of genius—and a lot of courage—to move in the opposite direction.”   –Albert Einstein

Dealing with legal issues can be extremely complicated and our experience has taught us that two of the most important things we can do to keep them under control is to think and plan. That is, to make sure that we spend our time thinking about your business and legal issues, thinking about your business objectives, and thinking about other subjective factors that will go towards developing the right strategy for handling your situation. Then we work with you to develop a unique strategy that takes all of these factors into consideration and is designed to achieve your objectives in the most expeditious and efficient manner possible. This then becomes our roadmap to follow.

directThat is just the beginning, however. A good strategy and a good plan are very valuable but the effective execution of that plan is the key to success. We all think we are good at “getting things done” and executing a plan but, the truth is, none of stand a chance of maintaining our focus throughout the life of a case with all of the inherent complexities, distractions, and “rabbit trails” that will inevitably arise to get you off course. Recognizing this is half the battle.

Other professions have long recognized the importance of developing project management plans and using them to ensure that plans are executed effectively but, for some reason, lawyers have been very reluctant to adopt these techniques. Not us.

At BrittonTuma we understand that the most effective way to ensure that a plan gets executed effectively is to use a project management approach to developing the plan, executing the plan, and monitoring and tracking the execution of the plan. This ensures we stay focused with laser-like precision on executing that strategy and doing so in a timely and efficient cost-effective manner. The product of this is that we are all better able to stay focused on your objectives and have a much better chance of achieving it.
